Follow these simple steps if you run into any issues when logging in
Choose whether you'd like to log in using your registered Malaysian phone number or your mat6 account email address. Both methods are secure and fast.
Enter your mat6 account password carefully. Use the eye icon to show or hide your password as you type. Make sure Caps Lock is not accidentally turned on on your keyboard.
If you log in from a new device or a different location, mat6's security system will send an OTP to your Malaysian phone number as an additional verification step. Enter the 6-digit code to complete the process.
After a successful login, you will be taken directly to your mat6 account dashboard. Check the latest promotions, pick your favourite games, and start a fun and responsible gaming session!

Your trust is mat6's most valuable asset. Every time you log in, our security infrastructure works around the clock behind the scenes to ensure only you can access your account:
Six security layers working simultaneously to protect your account every time you log in
The mat6 system recognises the devices you regularly use to log in. Any login attempt from a new device or unusual location will automatically trigger an additional verification step.
On supported devices, you can use fingerprint or facial recognition to enable secure logins without having to type your password each time — safe and effortless.
Your mat6 password is never stored in plain text. It is encrypted using a strong hashing algorithm, meaning no one — including mat6 staff — is able to read it.
The mat6 system monitors login locations in general. Login attempts from vastly different locations within a short time frame (physically impossible to achieve) will be blocked automatically.
Your mat6 login session will automatically time out after a set period of inactivity to protect your account if you forget to log out — especially important when using a shared device.
Mat6 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or any third-party app. The official login page is exclusively at mat6.my — always verify the URL before entering your login credentials.
For Malaysian players already registered with mat6, the log in is your gateway to a complete digital entertainment ecosystem. It's not just about logging in and playing — every time you log in to the mat6 platform, you gain access to all the features we have carefully built to ensure you have the best gaming experience in Malaysia.
The question we get most often — "Is it safe to log in over public WiFi?" The short answer: with mat6, 256-bit SSL encryption ensures all data is transmitted in an encrypted state. That said, we still recommend you avoid log in using unfamiliar public WiFi, and always make sure you log out after each session — especially when using a device shared with family members or friends.
Many mat6 players enjoy spinning the Cai Shen or Jungle King slots during their lunch break, or log back in at night to catch live Playtech Roulette while following the EPL. The mat6 platform is designed so that the experience log in and switching between games is smooth and seamless with no technical interruptions. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to log in only to face long waits or a sluggish system — that's why we invest in stable, reliable server infrastructure.
One thing many Malaysian players appreciate about log in mat6 is the flexibility it offers. You can log in using your Malaysian phone number or email address — whichever is easier for you to remember. A "Remember Me" option is also available to speed up the login process on your personal device. Just be sure not to enable this on a public computer, phone, or any device shared with others.
Forgot your password? No need to panic — it happens and we have a straightforward recovery process. Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page, enter your phone number or email address, and you'll receive a link or OTP to reset your password within minutes. Make sure the phone number or email you enter matches what was used when you registered your mat6 account.
After every log in once you're logged in, we encourage you to take a moment to review your account dashboard. Check whether there are any new promotions you can claim — mat6 regularly offers reload bonuses for deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, or DuitNow. Also check for any unclaimed winning balance and make sure your personal details are up to date for KYC verification, which may be required before large withdrawals.
Most importantly, every gaming session after log in should begin with a positive and responsible mindset. Set time and spending limits before you play, enjoy the games as entertainment, and remember — playing at mat6 is for fun, not to solve financial problems. Use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings to keep your experience enjoyable and in check. Play safe, and may luck be on your side!
